Personal data may be accessed by authorized personnel involved in data processing and may be disclosed, for the purposes outlined in Section 1, to internal and external collaborators, professionals operating in the legal field, opposing parties and their legal representatives, arbitrators, and any other parties to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes stated in Section 1.

7. Data Transfer Abroad

Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to third countries outside the EU, strictly for the purposes stated in Section 1 and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Data Subject Rights

Article 7 of the Privacy Code grants the data subject specific rights, including the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller regarding the existence of their personal data and to receive such data in an intelligible format. The data subject has the right to be informed of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to processing, and the identity of the data controller and data recipients.

Additionally, the data subject has the right to request updates, corrections, and integration of their data, as well as the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. The data subject also has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data.
